The CA private house project is a renovation project for small families who want complete home facilities with several initial briefs. In the existing condition of the project, a 1-story house building is already standing, but we will carry out renovations by changing the layout and retaining some of the walls of the old house.

The design concept and theme in this project is modern minimalist architecture with a monochrome color mood, this house has 3 bedrooms with several other supporting facilities. The renovation was carried out to enlarge the area of the 1st floor and increase the mass of the small 2nd floor building as main room facilities and a small rooftop balcony.
