Plumeria house is a small 1-story house project with an area of 60m2 on 100m2 land and consisting of 3 bedrooms, this residential building is designed for families or young couples with affordable property values in the Bogor area, West Java. Even though this house is small, we really paid attention to the layout so that all the rooms in this house get direct sunlight.

We apply modern minimalist architecture to the design of this project by creating a bold triangular geometric shape on the front facade of the building, making the building look attractive and cool. We also placed a garden in the middle area of the house with the aim of good air circulation and sunlight into the house, so that we can save energy during the day in this house.
